Ethan E. Strong
SENIOR RESEARCH ANALYST
Before joining The Aubrey Group in 2023, Ethan E. Strong earned dual Bachelors of Arts, Summa Cum Laude and with Honors, in Philosophy and Political Science from Rowan University, where he enjoyed studying political economy and New Jersey politics.
Under the Project Manager, he currently oversees multiple public and private entity clients — ranging from local governments to nonprofits — and strategizes their grant seeking, comprehensive research for funding needs, and programming. Ethan has developed dozens of grant applications with unique program narratives, budgets, and letters of support to help clients secure $1.5+ million in federal, state, local government, and private foundation grants across various program areas. Along with grant strategy and writing, Ethan has handled grant administration to ensure the proper execution of more than $1.1 million in grant-awarded programs.
While interning for Assemblywoman Gabriela M. Mosquera in New Jersey’s 4th Legislative District and for the Assembly Majority Office, he produced research memorandums on federal and other state developments in pedestrian safety, safety in quiet rooms in schools, and universal free school lunches, as well as proposing legislation and observing committee and legislative sessions.
Ethan worked for four years at the Voorhees branch of the Camden County Library System, where he served patrons, shelved books, and worked with colleagues to start a pantry offering free personal care items, which received grant funding from the New Jersey Library Association and an NJLA Innovative Program Award.
