Letty Hempsey is a recognized expert in Financial and Strategic Management at The Aubrey Group, bringing over a decade of experience in accounting and management. She emphasizes the importance of collaboration and effective communication to drive team success and improve organizational performance. Letty has a strong track record in managing accounting functions, excelling in the preparation of financial reports, the establishment of standard operating procedures, and the setting of clear departmental objectives.

Prior to joining The Aubrey Group, Letty served as the Accounting Team Lead at The Oakley Group, where she oversaw the operations of the organization with a focus on both the accounting and human resources departments. In this role, she implemented processes that improved efficiency and fostered a culture of continuous improvement.

She has volunteered with Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority International Headquarters and Don’t Bully Us Rescue and is a member of the Elk Township Environmental Commission and the Women’s Business Enterprise Center East’s Next Gen Committee. Letty is also a Notary Public.
