Weekly Grant Round-Up

Under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill (BIL), $1.5 billion has been set aside for the Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) program's upcoming funding round. This program provides grants for surface transportation infrastructure projects with significant local or regional impact.

Individuals who already submitted an application for round 1 in 2024 but were not selected are eligible to resubmit for this upcoming round, using the same criteria as the NOFO from 2023. Successful applicants can receive up to $25,000,000, with a required 20% match.

The New Jersey State Council on the Arts Local Arts Program (LAP) offers multiyear funding to county arts agencies (CAAs) for the primary purpose of providing regrant funds for local community-based arts organizations and for projects that provide opportunities for local audiences and participants.

While grant funds may also be used to support local arts programs, activities, and professional development from the CAAs, the Arts Council places priority on the accessibility, reach, and impact of the county’s regrant program.

The application will be available on SAGE from January 7th, 2025 through February 13, 2025.

The Standard Charitable Foundation provides funding to nonprofits for general operating support, specific program support, capital support, event sponsorship, exhibitions, performances, and productions.

Projects that focus on healthy communities, disability and empowerment, cultural development, and education will be prioritized. This program accepts grant requests of up to $25,000, and the average award amount is $3,000.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
